Michelle is a genuine ‘people first’ leader whom I had the pleasure of working for in two different capacities while at BMO. Her ability to drive positive, sustainable business outcomes comes from an ingrained passion to unlock what motivates those around her while enrolling their hearts and minds in the big picture. Michelle’s motivation comes from people development, doing the right thing for the customer and particularly when that means leading change in uncharted territory. 

An entrepreneur at heart, I was fortunate enough to see Michelle successfully lead multiple disruptive transformations the bank at a time when that wasn’t the norm. She’s a special talent and hope to be able to work with her again.

I had the privilege of working with Michelle for six years while she was a board member for PPT - population based primary health care centre. During her time on the board Michelle was both Vice-Chair and Chair of the Board.
